Core Issue: Legibility, Accessibility, and Experimental Rigor
At a high level, Eden Fractal is facing three interconnected problems:
- Governance is not legible
- Participation is not accessible
- The framework is not being rigorously tested
1. Governance is Opaque and Difficult to Engage With
- There is no clear, accessible overview of how Eden Fractal works today (big picture + recent activity).
- Core systems (Respect Game, Eden+ delegate system, ORDAO / Frapps stack) exist in fragmented contexts with minimal cohesion.
- Historical decisions are effectively locked in:
- long-form YouTube videos
- scattered Telegram threads
These formats are:
- not searchable
- not indexable
- not digestible
Preserving history is not the same as making governance transparent or legible.
A new contributor cannot:
- understand the evolution of the system
- navigate the codebase
